Build a strong partnership
We will start by building our partnership and goals together. While every offering I have created has focused on moving people and organizations towards enacting equity and equitable practices, everyone gets there differently. It is my job to listen and to offer a variety of methods that will move you towards meaningful change.

Co-Create What Works
Using adult learning principles, a variety of curriculum and facilitation styles, and a healing centered coaching approach, it is my goal to co-create an offering for you that will strengthen your relationships with colleagues and move your workplace and organization towards equitable and inclusive practices.
Each client’s needs are different and the work can be very relational and the curriculum centers on digging deep into team and workplace dynamics, for others we will analyze policies and procedures in order to build equitable practices into the foundations of how the organization operates, and for some we work through a process to decipher how to work towards meaningful change and how to get there.

This is where it gets fun (and hard). We will come together and do the work together. I will approach our working relationship with honesty and kindness and respect for where you are in your journey and process. As your equity coach and consultant, it is my goal to create offerings that heal and move people and organizations towards meaningful change.

Using healing and relational curriculum, we will move through tense and difficult conversations towards the change you need to see.
