Hello, I’m humbled and happy you are here. Thank you for learning more about me.

Who I am matters in our relationship and how we know each other in the coaching context. I am a first generation, white assimilated Jewish, queer, trans non-binary, fat person who has called the occupied Dakota and Anishinaabe land known as Minneapolis, Minnesota home for most of my adult life. I have educational and class privilege at this point in my life through many opportunities of schooling and a day job that affords me many benefits. I am a parent, partner, neighbor, community member, and artist. I love nature and being outside, growing gardens and plant friends, and my pets. All of my identities and experiences in life shape who I am and how I approach my work as a coach and healer.

I am committed to de-centering whiteness in my work in one-on-one coaching, small groups and family systems, and through systems change work. I am committed to creating spaces that promote healing, encourage difficult conversations and mutual accountability, and honor each journey towards learning, growth, healing, and change.
